Protecting Your Package

For peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance. If you opt for free shipping, please note that it does not include insurance, and HFB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Processing & Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and in your cart before checkout. While some orders may arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about shipping updates before the estimated timeframe.

 FedEx 2-Day & FedEx Overnight Shipping: These options refer to the delivery speed after processing—not the time it takes for your order to be shipped.

Every order requires processing before shipping. If you have an upcoming event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.

Appointment Policy

To ensure a stress-free experience, we advise against scheduling a hair appointment until your order has physically arrived. HFB is not responsible for appointment cancellations, lost deposits, or refunds due to delayed shipments.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, including apartment or house numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or rerouting, which can take weeks to resolve.

If your package is misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist if you need help reaching them.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

From November to January, shipping carriers experience peak season delays. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, transit times may be extended due to increased holiday demand.

Local Pick-up Policy

We offer exclusive local pickups in the DMV area when available. Pickup dates are announced on our Instagram @humanhairextensionsus and sent via email and text. We visit the DMV area quarterly and provide pickup options for our customers during those times.

Important Pickup Guidelines

  • Online orders cannot be picked up. Do not place an order through our website if you wish to pick up your hair instead.
  • Pickup orders require a 50% deposit to confirm. Your order is not secured until the deposit is received.
  • Payments for pickups are accepted via Zelle, or cash.
